Develop a structured plan with specific goals, action steps, and milestones. Outline the topics, skills, or areas to focus on.
Learn and Apply
Mentees should actively learn from their mentors’ experiences and apply the knowledge in their own situations. Mentors should provide guidance, share experiences, and encourage mentees to apply what they’ve learned.
